Strengthening  family bond

Last week we discussed about family outing, this week I do not want us any far but to strengthen the family bond which can also be enhanced by the family outing.
Happy families have strong bonds.parents as leaders have the responsibility to strengthen and protect the bond. It does not come naturally and is not always easy but it requires effort and creativity above all it takes love.

Below are some essential practices that can help strengthen your family relationship.

1. Schedule in family time
2. Eat meals together
3. Do family responsibilities together
4. Have family meetings
